We hold information sessions to provide information about Australian visas and citizenship.
These information sessions are presented in English and Farsi / Dari.
We provide updates on partner and child visas, refugee and humanitarian visas and Australian citizenship.
The information sessions are held on Zoom.
After you have booked your place in the information session you will receive confirmation by email.
You will receive another email on the day of the information session with the Zoom link.
Important! Please note that you will need to use the same email address you booked the information session with to log in to the information session. You will not be able to log in using a different email address.
When you book your place in the information session you will be able to write any questions that you would like us to answer.
You can write these questions in English or Farsi.
You will also be able to ask questions during the information session by writing them in the chat section or by asking to unmute and ask the question.
We will only be able to provide general information and not answer personal questions about individual applications.
Please note that we do not guarantee that we will be able to answer every single question but we will do our best to do so!
If you do not want your name or face to be seen by the presenters or other participants you will need to turn your video off and choose a display name for yourself that doesn’t identify you.
Everyone will be muted during the information session except the presenters.
Important – we will not be providing information or answering questions about work, student or other types of visas.
If you are not able to attend the information session live for any reason, it is not a problem, a recording of the information session will be sent to everyone the day after the session.
Refunds will only be given if we cancel the information session.
